Millennium Cell Inc (MCEL) announced today it has received a U.S. General Services Administration (“GSA”) Federal Supply Schedule contract. This contract gives U.S. Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, as well as state and local government agencies the ability to purchase Millennium Cell’s products and related services in a streamlined manner at negotiated rates. [ more ] This is important news for this company. The government now has a direct purchase pipeline to MCEL’s products and services. The stock is up over 27% this morning on this news. I’m also back to break even on this stock, so that makes me happy as well.
